This work is about coming into one’s own - just like the caterpillar as it winds itself into its cocoon - only to emerge as a beautiful butterfly

We are all works in progress and we have the opportunity to be like the caterpillar. To be like a child again. To listen and learn, thirst for knowledge. It is only through a process of growth we will find our wings. This work shows the caterpillars on a trajectory upwards - it depicts the butterfly that is made of the same stuff as the caterpillar. However, it is now arranged differently.
